John Healy
Co-Founder & Principal
John’s background is in valuation, advisory, development, and investment. He has extensive Fintech, Real Property, and 501- C3 board experience, including an NYSE REIT. John has, amongst other committees, chaired Finance, Investment, and Audit Committees. He is also a ULI Trustee, Governor, and has served on the ULIF Board. Designations include Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), Fellow – Royal Institution of Charter Surveyors (FRCIS), Member Appraisal Institute (MAI). John holds a BBA and MBA from Hofstra University.
Trish Healy
Co-Founder & Principal
Trish’s background is in finance, banking, development, and asset management. In addition to extensive board experience, she has held key C-suite roles and is a ULI Trustee and Governor. She has served on ULI’s Global Board and was Founding Chair of ULI’s Americas Executive Committee. Trish was also Chair of ULI’s first Inclusivity Initiative. Trish holds a BA from Tulane University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a Masters In Management from The American Graduate School of International Management.

Over the past 25 years, Hyde Street Holdings has successfully founded, repositioned, advised, or otherwise added value to numerous FinTech and Real Property companies; debt and equity portfolios (including CMBS); and other investment vehicles.
